By entering Society competitions, you accept that the Society may use your images for inter-club competitions and for publicity on the society website and on social media sites such as Facebook and Instagram.
All images must be the member's own work.
Prints
Maximum two prints, unless otherwise stated.
All prints to be mounted.
Maximum size including mount 20" x 16" or 50cm x 40cm.
Professionally printed images are allowed.
Projected digital images (PDIs)
Maximum 2 PDI's unless otherwise stated.
Sizing: Landscape images must be 1400 pixels horizontally x 1050 pixels vertically.
Portrait images must not be more than 1050 pixels vertically.
Club Cups and Awards:
The E.E. Reece Cup - Awarded annually, based on the results of the print competitions held regularly throughout the year.
The Lee-Bird Cup - Awarded annually, based on the results of the projected digital image (PDI) competitions held regularly throughout the year.
The Leofric Trophy - Awarded annually for the best set of three PDI's taken during the previous two years. The images can be linked in some way but it is not a requirement.
The Stokes Bowl - Awarded annually for the best print (colour or monochrome) made during the previous two years. Up to three prints may be submitted.
The Togher Trophies - Awarded annually for "the best use of light." There are two trophies, one for prints and one for PDIs. Each member may submit up to two prints and two PDIs.
The Stella Pole Plate - Awarded annually for "The best holiday picture."
